The information of the Public Open Space inside the Phase of the Development shown in the plan is acquired from the general building plans of the Phase of the Development approved on 20th February 2019, 15th July 2019 and 23rd March 2020, 18th June 2020, 23rd December 2020, 11th February 2021, 26th March 2021 and 16th April 2021 and the Landscape Master Plan of Site H of LOHAS Park approved on 15th December 2020. The information of other parts of the Phase of the Development (including Serene Garden) shown in the plan is acquired from the general building plans of the Phase of the Development approved on 20th February 2019, 15th July 2019, 23rd March 2020, 18th June 2020, 23rd December 2020, 11th February 2021, 26th March 2021 and 16th April 2021 and the Landscape Master Plan of Site H of LOHAS Park approved on 15th December 2020. The relevant building plans, the Landscape Master Plan of Site H of LOHAS Park and other plans may change from time to time and shall be subject to the final plans approved by the relevant Government authorities. The usage of the facilities are subject to the relevant laws, land grant and the Principal Deed of Mutual Covenant and Sub-Deed of Mutual Covenant.
