Layout Plan
Notes:
a) The Vendor reserves the right to amend the building plans and other plans. The design of the Phase of the Development is subject to the final building plans approved by the relevant government authorities.
b) The Vendor reserves its rights to change and/or replace the fittings, finishes and appliances stated in this advertisement/promotional material by other fittings, finishes and appliances. The fittings, finishes and appliances are subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Sale and Purchase.
c) The fittings, finishes and appliances of the residential property are subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Sale and Purchase. The Vendor reserves the right to replace the fittings, finishes and appliances listed in the Agreement for Sale and Purchase by other fittings, finishes and appliances of comparable quality.
d) The design, layout and facilities shown in the layout plan are for reference only. All the information is subject to the final building plans approved by the relevant government authorities. The layout of the residential tower of the Phase of the Development shown in the plan is only applicable to 33/F to 60/F of Tower 1 (The common area of 41/F of Tower 1 is slightly different from other floors. Please refer to the sales brochure for details), 41/F to 60/F of Towers 2 and 3 (Residential floor starts from 5/F. 13/F, 14/F, 24/F, 34/F, 44/F and 54/F of Tower 1 are omitted. 13/F, 14/F, 24/F, 34/F, 44/F, 54/F and 64/F of Towers 2 and 3 are omitted. 32/F of Tower 1 is refuge floor. 17/F and 40/F of Towers 2 and 3 are refuge floors). The metal platforms shown in the plan are applicable to 37/F, 41/F, 46/F, 50/F, 55/F and 59/F of Tower 1, 42/F, 47/F, 51/F, 56/F and 60/F of Towers 2 and 3. e) The color and all the fittings, finishes, equipment, layout, decoration, design, plants, landscaping, ornaments and facilities shown in the layout plan are for reference only and may not be appeared in the Phase of the Development or nearby. The Vendor reserves the rights to change or revise the items aforesaid and the items aforesaid are subject to the provision upon the date of occupation. This layout plan does not constitute and shall not be construed as making any offer, representation, undertaking and warranty whether express or implied. The streets, buildings and surroundings outside the boundary of the Phase of the Development shown in the plan are simplified and do not reflect the actual conditions (whether if related to view or not).
f) The saleable area is calculated in accordance with section 8 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.Please refer to the sales brochure for details.

h) The Public Open Space shall be open to the public. Serene Garden is the Local Open Space, with reference to the definition mentioned in Special Condition No. 52(a)(iii), shall be used for recreational purposes for the proper use and enjoyment of the lot by the residents and occupiers of different phases in LOHAS Park and their bona fide guests and visitors. The information of part of the Public Open Space outside the Phase of the Development shown in the plan is acquired from the general building plans of the Phase of the Development approved on 20th February 2019, 15th July 2019, 23rd March 2020, 18th June 2020, 23rd December 2020, 11th February 2021, 26th March 2021 and 16th April 2021. The information of the Public Open Space inside the Phase of the Development shown in the plan is acquired from the general building plans of the Phase of the Development approved on 20th February 2019, 15th July 2019 and 23rd March 2020, 18th June 2020, 23rd December 2020, 11th February 2021, 26th March 2021 and 16th April 2021 and the Landscape Master Plan of Site H of LOHAS Park approved on 15th December 2020. The information of other parts of the Phase of the Development (including Serene Garden) shown in the plan is acquired from the general building plans of the Phase of the Development approved on 20th February 2019, 15th July 2019, 23rd March 2020, 18th June 2020, 23rd December 2020, 11th February 2021, 26th March 2021 and 16th April 2021 and the Landscape Master Plan of Site H of LOHAS Park approved on 15th December 2020. The relevant building plans, the Landscape Master Plan of Site H of LOHAS Park and other plans may change from time to time and shall be subject to the final plans approved by the relevant Government authorities. The usage of the facilities are subject to the relevant laws, land grant and the Principal Deed of Mutual Covenant and Sub-Deed of Mutual Covenant. For the details of the Public Open Space and the Local Open Space, please refer to the sales brochure.
